Medical assistance goes to remote settlements of Akmola, Pavlodar and N Kazakhstan regions

ASTANA. September 26. KAZINFORM /Askar Bimendin/ Third medical train "Salamatty Kazakhstan" has left Astana today. Medical aid will be rendered to residents of remote settlements in Akmola, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions.

"The peculiarity of this train is that there are conditions for on-line telecommunications. Thus if there is a need for consultation, the specialists of the train will be able to contact with any of the country's clinics, any professor, beginning with our National Medical Holding and ending with all clinics of Almaty city", says Kazakh Healthcare Minister Salidat Kairbekova.

"Salamatty Kazakhstan" train was set up by the Ministry of Emergencies, Ministry of Healthcare and "Kazakhstan Temir Zholy" JSC on the instruction of the Kazakh President. It also has diagnostic facilities, a mini-operating room, medical equipment and laboratory.
