Man arrested after driving car into carnival procession in Germany
BERLIN. KAZINFORM One person has been arrested after a car was driven into a carnival procession in Volkmarsen in the German state of Hesse on Monday, police said.
Dozens of people, including children, were injured in the incident, some seriously, which occurred during Rose Monday celebrations, German media reported.
