AKTAU. KAZINFORM Dust storm caused poor visibility on the Aktau-Beineu highway reducing visibility to 10 meters, Lada.kz reports.
The emergency situations department has warned of high wind gusting up to 15-20 m/s and heavy rains throughout the region on October 20.
