Shvedova overpowers Kanepi to stroll into 3rd round of Wimbledon
ASTANA-LONDON. KAZINFORM - Kazakhstan's Yaroslava Shvedova blitzed her way into the third round of the 2014 Wimbledon Championships on Thursday, Kazinform has learnt from Sports.kz.
She saw off Kaia Kanepi of Estonia in three sets 6:3, 6:7, 6:2. Shvedova served 15 aces, made no double faults and 18 unforced errors. Next up for Shvedova is Madison Keys of the U.S. who routed Czech Klara Koukalova in a three-set match.
