Kazakhstan ratifies agreement with Kyrgyzstan on access to railway services
ASTANA. KAZINFORM Head of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has signed the Law "On Ratification of the Agreement between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Kyrgyz Republic on the Application of the Procedure Regulating Access to Rail Transport Services, Including the Basic Principles of Tariff Policy," Akorda press-service reports.
