ASTANA. November 26. KAZINFORM - On November 29 "ATOM" project will be discussed at the international conference in St. Petersburg, this has been reported today by the Majilis deputy Maulen Ashimbayev at a press conference in Central Communications Service.

It should be noted that this project was initiated by the President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev.

"On November 29 St. Petersburg will host the conference called "Nuclear safety in the modern world. The Role of Parliamentarians in nonproliferation and disarmament". This conference is organized by the Majilis of the Parliament and the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS", said in Ashimbayev.

According to him, the forum is expected to involve about 200 members from countries near and far abroad.
